As a result of the Stockton International Riverside Festival a number of road closures and car park closures are required in the interest of public safety.

Car park closures
Municipal Buildings car park - Closed from 8am Saturday, 6 August. Re-opens 1pm Saturday, 6 August.
The Square car park – Closed from 8am Saturday, 6 August. Re-opens 1pm Saturday, 6 August.
Bishop Street car park – Closed from 8pm Sunday, 31 July. Re-opens 10pm Tuesday, 9 August.
Parliament Street car park – Closed from 9pm Wednesday, 3 August. Re-opens 12.01am Monday, 8 August.
Riverside car park – Closed from 12.01am Monday, 1 August. Re-opens 7am Wednesday, 10 August.

A1305 Riverside, Stockton: Tuesday, 2 August 6pm to Tuesday, 9 August 6pm
A1305 Riverside, Stockton will be closed from 6pm on Tuesday 2 August until 6pm Tuesday 9 August 2011. The road will be closed from North Shore gyratory to its junction with Tower Street. Access to Castlegate Car Park and Quayside Road will be maintained at all times during the festival. Signed diversion routes will be in place.
Stockton High Street: Wednesday 3 August 6pm – Monday 8 August 3am
Stockton High Street with be closed to vehicular traffic between the northern and southern bus turning loops from 6pm Wednesday 3 August until 3am Monday 8 August 2011. Alternative bus service arrangements will be in place and Information notices will be placed on bus stops in the days before the start of the Festival. Signed diversion routes will be in place.

A1305 Churchyard Link Road, Stockton: Full Length – Saturday 6 August between 12.30pm – 1pm.
Bridge Road, Stockton: From its junction with Yarm Lane / High Street to its junction with A1305 Churchyard Link Road – Saturday 6 August between 12pm – 1pm.
A1305 Riverside Roundabout, Stockton: Full circulatory area – Saturday 6 August between 12.45pm – 1pm.
Church Road, Stockton: From its junction with High Street / Norton Road to its junction with Bath Lane – Saturday 6 August between 11.55am – 12.10pm.
Parkfield Road, Stockton: From its junction with Parliament Street to A1305 Riverside Roundabout – Saturday 6 August between 12.45pm – 1pm.
