Teatro Ka
AFTER-DARK shows at SIRF are always spectacularly visual and Teatro Ka’s Echo of Silence at Trinity Gardens was no exception. It was a UK premiere by the Portuguese company. Looking at the concept of whether we all have a monster within us, the four performers intertwined, including a human statue, stilt walker, actor and contortionist. Also at Trinity Gardens, was the stunning Awakening by aerial comapny Fidget Feet. Taking place in the ruins of Trinity Church the atmosphere at dusk was beautiful and haunting and with bats swooping in the skies ahead it certainly added to the atmosphere. Back on the High Street, Atempo Circ is one not to be missed - catch it Saturday at 10.45pm.
