WEDNESDAY night saw the opening performance of the fantastic after-dark show, Electric Hotel and it was great to see an almost 500 capacity crowd head along to see the show. The audience wear headphones to eavesdrop on the goings on within the hotel and it was an eerie feeling to hear the crunching of gravel and shutting of doors through the headphones while the performers acted and danced behind the glassed frontage of the hotel. A few technical hitches interrupted the show but these will no doubt be ironed out before tonight’s 10pm showing. Electric Hotel is brought to Stockton by Fuel Theatre and is co-comissioned by Sadler’s Wells. Check out www.fueltheatre.com for more information.
Today sees the start of the packed daytime programme so take a wander to Parish Gardens, Stockton High Street, Church Road or Trinity Gardens and enjoy…
